Ruckus: Writer-artist. Ruckus is the writer for Basaran the Miserable. She is a high school freshman, and has been drawing and writing since sixth grade. Although she is mainly a pencil-on-paper artist, she also enjoys watercolor painting, writing, photography, and eating small children.
Jynx: (No DA account). Artist. Jynx is a antisocial high school freshman. She has been drawing manga since she was nine, as well as making fabulous cosplay costumes, writing traditional Chinese calligraphy, and fighting bears with her bare hands.
Catrican: Artist. Catrican is (also) a high school freshman and has been drawing since third grade. She is the only one in the group who has any Photoshop talent, so she does all the coloring and line work after Jynx is done with the drawings. Catrican mainly draws animals herself, but has been expanding her horizons. She watches and reads yaoi. Frequently.

Basaran of Yorda has been searching for his princess since he was thirteen--and has had absolutely no luck. In fact, he's so unlucky that his parents, the king and queen, have given him the title 'Basaran the Miserable'.
